Amendment VC248 (Alpine)

The amendment improves bushfire planning by updating terminology and measures, increasing and clarifying planning permit exemptions for dwellings and other buildings, and updating decision guidelines that apply to the Bushfire Management Overlay. The amendment also inserts decision guidelines for specified development within the bushfire prone area at clause 53.02 Bushfire Planning.
