The amendment makes the Minister for Planning the responsible authority for a combined planning scheme amendment and planning permits under Part 4, Division 5 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987 (the Act) as it applies to land at 1 Raglan Street and 9 Raglan Street, Daylesford. Three separate planning permits are associated with the amendment consisting of subdivision of land at 1 Raglan Street, Daylesford into multiple allotments and one superlot, buildings and works at 1 Raglan Street for five dwellings and subdivision of land at 9 Raglan Street into 20 residential allotments.
