The amendment rezones land at 49A Drummond Street, Creswick from the Public Park and Recreation Zone to General Residential Zone Schedule 1, applies a new Design and Development Overlay Schedule 6 and the Environmental Audit Overlay, to facilitate the disposal of surplus government land. It also amends the Schedule to Clause 72.03 to update the list of maps comprising the planning scheme.
