Amendment C263gben (Greater Bendigo)

Implements the Marong Township Structure Plan (City of Greater Bendigo, June 2024), the Marong Flood Study (North Central Catchment Management Authority, November 2018) and the Marong Heritage Citations (Minerva Heritage, June 2024), amends the Planning Policy Framework to make policy changes for Marong, makes several rezoning changes to land within and adjoining the existing township, including from the Township Zone to more specific residential zones and expands the commercial zone, applies the Heritage Overlay, Design and Development Overlay, Development Plan Overlay and flood overlays to land within the township and the surrounding area and deletes a redundant Development Plan Overlay.
