Amendment C247gben (Greater Bendigo)

The amendment implements recommendations of the Greater Bendigo Planning Scheme Review (2019); rezones land in accordance with the Greater Bendigo Public Space Plan (2019) and Commercial Land and Activity Centre Strategy (2015); corrects mapping and ordinance anomalies, inconsistencies and errors; removes overlays which are outdated or have been identified by relevant agencies as no longer required; and updates the Greater Bendigo Planning Scheme to be consistent with the Ministerial Direction Form and Content of Planning Schemes, including updating schedule maps into a consistent GIS format.
