The amendment rezones the eastern-most part of the Deakin University Warrnambool Campus at 10635 Princes Highway, Warrnambool from Farming Zone to Public Use Zone 2 (Education), applies Category 2 signage controls to the Deakin University Warrnambool Campus (excluding the sports oval complex) in the schedule to the Public Use Zone, deletes the Specific Controls Overlay (SCO2) and associated incorporated document reference, and includes the entire Deakin University Warrnambool Campus within Warrnambools urban settlement boundary.
