Amendment C160 (Knox)

The amendment rezones part 609-621 Burwood Highway, Knoxfield from Public Use Zone – Other public use (PUZ7) and Urban Floodway Zone (UFZ) to Comprehensive Development Zone – Schedule 2 (CDZ2), varies the location of the existing Environmental Significance Overlay – Schedule 2 (ESO2) and Land Subject to Inundation Overlay (LSIO) and amends the schedule to Clause 72.04 to include the Burwood Highway and Scoresby Road Knoxfield Comprehensive Development Plan – September 2018 and the Small Lot Housing Code, August 2014 as incorporated documents in the scheme.
