Inserts Design and Development Overlay Schedule 4 to protect the Stawell Aerodrome Obstacle Limitation Surface area, amends the Schedule to Clause 61.03 to update the list of maps and amends the Schedule to Clause 66.04 to specify the Stawell Airport Manager as a determining referral authority for all applications.
