Local policy and application of the Flood Overlay and Land Subject to Inundation Overlay to implement flood studies and applies to land within the settlements of Barton, Bellbellen, Dadswells Bridge, Fyans Creek, Glenorchy, Greens Creek, Great Western, Halls Gap, Illawarra, Jallukar, Joel Joel, Joel South, Ledcourt, Mokepilly, Navarre, Pomonal, Shays Flat, Tulkara and rural land in proximity to Wimmera River, Mount Cole Creek, Wattle Creek (also known as Heifer Station Creek), Howard Creek, Seven Mile Creek, Dunmunkle Creek, Mount William Creek, Salt Creek, Fyans Creek, Pleasant Creek, Sheepwash Creek and Golton Creek and tributaries.
