replace the Schedule to Clause 52.03 (Specific Sites and Exclusions) and Clause 81.01 (Documents Incorporated in this Scheme) to include a revised Incorporated Document entitled Goulburn-Murray Water Connections and Modernisation Project Incorporated Document, Campaspe, Gannawarra, Swan Hill, Greater Bendigo and Loddon Planning Schemes, June 2012 which replaces the earlier version of the Incorporated Document.
