Amendment C45lodd (Loddon)

Replaces the Local Planning Policy Framework of the Loddon Planning Scheme with a new Municipal Planning Strategy at Clause 02 and a modified Planning Policy Framework at Clauses 11-19, corrects errors in a local schedule to a particular provision and replaces a selected number of local schedules to operational provisions, in a manner consistent with changes to the Victoria Planning Provisions introduced by Amendment VC148.
