Amendment GC236 (Brimbank)

Applies the LSIO2 to flood affected land in Avondale Heights, Darraweit Guim and Keilor and inserts a new Schedule 2 to Clause 44.04 (LSIO2) into the Brimbank, Macedon Ranges and Moonee Valley Planning Schemes on an interim basis for two years, renumbers the existing LSIO in the Brimbank, Macedon Ranges and Moonee Valley Planning Schemes as LSIO1 and applies the LSIO to land along the Moonee Ponds Creek in the City of Merri-bek.
