Amendment GC191 (Colac Otway)

The Amendment corrects a technical error in the Golden Plains, Colac Otway and Moonee Valley Planning Schemes in accordance with regulation 8(1)(a) of the Planning and Environment Regulations (2015). Due to a system error, various changes introduced by Amendment VC198 (gazetted 14 May 2021) were inadvertently removed from the Golden Plains, Colac Otway and Moonee Valley Planning Schemes. Amendment GC191 reintroduces the changes to local schedules to replace references to VicRoads or Roads Corporation with Head, Transport for Victoria to reflect changes made by the Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2019 and to be consistent with section 318 of the Transport Integration Act 2010.
