Amendment C99gpla (Golden Plains)

The amendment amends and deletes provisions to remove the requirement for a planning permit for outbuildings greater than 120 square metres (sqm) in the Low Density Residential and Rural Living zones. This is achieved by modification to Schedule 1 to Clause 32.03 Low Density Residential Zone (LDRZ1) and Schedule 5 to Clause 43.02 Design and Development Overlay (DDO5), and deletion of Schedule 7 to Clause 43.02 Design and Development Overlay (DDO7) with the corresponding update to the Planning Scheme Maps. The amendment also makes adminstrative corrections to the scheme in relation to the Bannockburn Growth Framework Plan and the Northern Settlement Strategy (Golden Plains Shire, October 2019).
