Amendment C59cora (Corangamite)
WatchThe amendment implements the Cobden Structure Plan 2022 and Cobden Aerodrome Master Plan 2022 by updating local planning policy for Cobden and Cobden Aerodrome; rezoning land on the fringes of Cobden from Farming Zone to Neighbourhood Residential Zone Schedule 1 (NRZ1) and applying an Environmental Audit Overlay to this land; rezoning most of the existing General Residential Zone land in Cobden to NRZ1 in accordance with the Victorian Government residential zones reforms; correcting the zoning of various land parcels; applying an Airport Environs Overlay Schedule 2 and Design and Development Overlay Schedule 8 to protect Cobden Aerodrome and guide future development; applying the Design and Development Overlay Schedule 7 to the land at 15 Cobden-Stonyford Road to guide future subdivision design and bushfire risk mitigation measures; inserting the Cobden Aerodrome Master Plan 2022 as an incorporated document; and making other associated changes to the Corangamite Planning Scheme.
