WatchRezones land within the Jetty Road Urban Growth Area Stage 2, Curlewis from Farming Zone and Rural Living Zone to General Residential Zone (Schedule 1), applies Development Plan Overlay (Schedule 46) and Development Contributions Plan Overlay (Schedule 9) to the land and also applies the Environmental Audit Overlay to several parcels within the growth area. The Schedule to Clause 53.01 Public Open Space Contribution and Subdivision is amended and the Jetty Road Urban Growth Area (Stage 2) Development Contributions Plan is incorporated into the Greater Geelong Planning Scheme.
