Amendment C266hume (Hume)

The amendment implements the recommendations of the Heritage Overlay Review, Hume City Council, Victoria (Biosis Pty Ltd, June 2022) by correcting mapping errors or inconsistencies across the municipality, deleting the Heritage Overlay from four places that have been demolished or relocated, incorporating 104 revised Statements of Significance into the Hume Planning Scheme and correcting miscellaneous typographical errors in the names or addresses of heritage places in the Schedule to Clause 43.01 (Heritage Overlay).
