Amendment C248gdan (Greater Dandenong)

The amendment introduces and applies Schedule 16 to Clause 43.04 (Development Plan Overlay) to guide redevelopment of Sites 11 to 15 of the Revitalising Central Dandenong Initiative, and makes changes to Clause 72.01 to make the Minister for Planning the responsible authority for approving and amending any associated Development Plan. The amendment also deletes Schedule 5 to the Public Acquisition Overlay from the subject land to reflect the acquisition of land by Development Victoria.
