Amendment C221 (Stonnington)

Updates the boundaries of the Land Subject to Inundation Overlay (LSIO) and the Special Building Overlay (SBO) in the Stonnington Planning Scheme to reflect updated flood modelling data as identified by Council and Melbourne Water the relevant floodplain authority. Two new schedules to the SBO are introduced to replace the existing schedule to distinguish between areas subject to inundation in relation to the main drainage system (Melbourne Water drains) at Schedule 1 and the local drainage system (Council drains) at Schedule 2.
