WatchImplements the recommendations of the Hindmarsh Heritage Assessment Study (David Helms Heritage Planning, April 2023) by applying the Heritage Overlay to seven new individual heritage places, updating heritage controls for 32 existing individual places and two precincts, deleting the Heritage Overlay from two places, correcting anomalies and mapping errors, incorporating 41 statements of significance, inserting two background documents, updating the Municipal Planning Strategy and inserting new local heritage policy under Clause 15.03-1L of the Planning Policy Framework.
