The amendment amends the Specific Controls Overlay schedule and replaces SCO26 Incorporated Document with Incorporated Document titled 272-280 Normanby Road, South Melbourne, Incorporated Document, June 2023 in the Port Phillip Planning Scheme, to facilitate demolition of the existing buildings and the use and development of the land for a multi-storey building including retail premises, office, restricted recreation facility, place of assembly and dwellings and creation or alteration of access to a Transport Zone 2.
