Amendment C200king (Kingston)

Replaces the Municipal Strategic Statement and Local Planning Policy Framework of the Kingston Planning Scheme with a new Municipal Planning Strategy at Clause 02 and a modified Planning Policy Framework at Clauses 11 to 19, replaces the schedule to Clause 43.01 (Heritage Overlay) and makes changes to the schedules to operational provisions in a manner consistent with the changes to the Victoria Planning Provisions introduced by Amendment VC148, VC204, VC216 and The Ministerial Direction - The Form and Content of Planning Schemes.
