The amendment updates the mapping for the Erosion Management Overlay to only map areas that are at risk of landslip, based on recommendations from the Landslide and Erosion Hazard and Planning Review report (GHD, January 2023). The amendment also makes policy neutral changes to the Erosion Management Overlay schedule to improve clarity and makes other minor changes to the operational provisions of the scheme.
