The amendment is a s96A combined planning scheme amendment and planning permit application for the rezoning and redevelopment of land located at 5 and 8 Neal Street, 80 Hamilton Street and 61 Robertson Street, Gisborne. The amendment rezones the land from Special Use Zone (Schedule 4 ?
