Amendment C143nill (Nillumbik)

The amendment proposes to implement the findings of the ?Eltham Major Activity Centre Structure Plan (Kinetica, July 2020)? by strengthening the strategic framework of the Eltham Major Activity Centre (Eltham MAC) at Clause 11.03 (Activity Centres in Nillumbik) of the Planning Policy Framework, amending Schedule 1 to Clause 37.08 (Activity Centre Zone) and Schedule 1 to Clause 42.03 (Significant Landscape Overlay) that currently apply to the Eltham MAC, and by making other consequential changes to the scheme including zone and overlay mapping.
