Amendment C139bawb (Baw Baw)

Replaces the Municipal Strategic Statement and the Local Planning Policy Framework at Clause 21 and Clause 22 of the Baw Baw Planning Scheme with a Municipal Planning Strategy and Planning Policy Framework; implements the recommendations of reports that underpin the Planning in the Economic Growth Zone project; updates several schedules to the zones, overlays, particular and general provisions to be consistent with the Ministerial Direction on Form and Content; and revises several zones and overlay schedules to remove select permit triggers, introduce permit exemptions, and improve wording and efficacy of the provisions.
