Amendment C115bany (Banyule)

The amendment inserts Clause 45.06 (Development Contributions Plan Overlay) into the planning scheme; inserts a new Schedule 1 to the Development Contribution Plan Overlay (DCPO1) into the planning scheme; applies the DCPO1 to all land in the City of Banyule; replaces the Schedule to Clause 72.03 with a new Schedule to update the list of maps forming part of the planning scheme; and replaces the Schedule to Clause 72.04 with a new Schedule to insert the Banyule Development Contributions Plan 2016-17 (7 September 2018) into the planning scheme.
