The amendment deletes the existing Incorporated Plan Overlay (Schedule 1) from 619 Doncaster Road and 1 Grosvenor Street, Doncaster, applies the Development Plan Overlay (Schedule 4) to 619 Doncaster Road, Doncaster and 20-34 Westfield Drive, Doncaster, amends Schedule 1 to the Activity Centre Zone, amends the Municipal Strategic Statement at Clause 21.09, introduces the Road Closure Overlay, amends Schedule 1 to the Development Contributions Plan Overlay, amends Schedule 1 to the Parking Overlay, amends the schedule to Clause 72.03, and amend the Schedule to Clause 72.04 to facilitate the expansion of Westfield Doncaster.
