The Amendment applies Schedule 3 to Clause 42.01 - Environmental Significance Overlay (ESO) to nominated areas around the Yarrawonga, Bundalong and Tungamah Waste Water Treatment Plant and amends the Schedule to Clause 66.04 to include the North East Water Region Water Corporation as a determining referral authority.
