Authorisation No A1376 Place a Design and Development Overlay on the land to govern the future development of future horse stables buildings for accommodation and swimming pools on land included in a Rural Living Zone in the north eastern area of Kilmore. The intent of the amendment is to establish an area where the stabling of horses can coexist with dwelling use without adverse amenity impact. The amendment acknowledges the need to establish a designated area where investment in horse stabling can occur without being prejudiced by surrounding residential uses.
