Amendment C061 (Mount Alexander)

Amends the LPPF including the MSS, the Schedule to the RLZ at Clause 35.03, Schedules 1-4 of the SLO at Clause 42.03 and the Schedule to Clause 81.01 Incorporated Documents to implement the findings of the Review of the Mount Alexander Planning Scheme - Stage 1, 2010, and the Review of the Mount Alexander Municipal Strategic Statement and local planning policies,2014, and includes the Castlemaine Commercial Centre Study, 2012 and the Mount Alexander Rural Land Study, 2014 as reference documents in the planning scheme.
