The Amendment applies the Public Acquisition Overlay Schedule 1 and amends the Schedules to Clause 52.03 and 81.01 to incorporate the Western Highway Project: Section 2 Beaufort to Ararat Incorporated Document, July 2013 to facilitate duplication of the Western Highway between Beaufort and Ararat.
