Authorisation No A1248 Rezones CA 73 & 74 Section D Parish of Cohuna from Farming Zone to Low Density Residential Zone alters the Low Density Residential Zone Schedule for this land only to specify an average lot size of 1.0 ha and a minimum lot size of 0.8 ha for unsewered lots on the land and inserts a new Development Plan Overlay Schedule 5 to require a development plan and a land management plan to be prepared for this land| the purpose of the amendment is to facilitate a low density residential subdivision to create about 35 lots.
