Authorisation A00424 Implement the findings of the revised Structure Plan for Kiewa and Tangambalanga by rezoning approximately 70ha of land from Rural Zone to Residential 1 Zone approximately 34ha of land from Rural Zone to Low Density Residential Zone approximately 277ha of land from Rural Zone to Rural Living Zone and approximately 39ha of land from Low Density Residential Zone to Rural Zone| Update the schedule to the Rural Living Zone to impose a 10ha minimum lot size to that area of land being zoned Rural Living Zone to the west of the Kiewa Valley Highway| (Apply the Development Plan Overlay to that land in Tangambalanga being zoned for residential and rural residential purposes| and Update the Municipal Strategic Statement specifically Clause 21.04-1-7 and the strategic map relating to Kiewa-Tangambalanga.
