The amendment replaces the Local Planning Policy Framework of the Stonnington Planning Scheme with a new Municipal Planning Strategy at Clause 02, a modified Planning Policy Framework at Clauses 11-19 and a selected number of local schedules to zones, overlays and operational provisions in a manner consistent with changes to the Victoria Planning Provisions introduced by Amendment VC148 and the Ministerial Direction on the Form and Content of Planning Schemes.
