The amendment will implement the recommendations of the Prahran and Windsor Heritage Review (Extent Heritage, April 2024) and the Darling Road Commercial Precinct Citation (GJM Heritage, February 2024) by applying the Heritage Overlay to ten individual places, nine precincts and four precinct extensions, deleting 41 properties from the Heritage Overlay, introducing statements of significance for new and existing individual places and precincts, and makes other consequential changes to the Stonnington Planning Scheme.
