Implements the findings of the Malvern Heritage Review (GJM Heritage, October 2022) by applying the Heritage Overlay to 11 new individual places and four new precincts, deleting 18 properties from the Heritage Overlay and removing the Neighbourhood Character Overlay from places on Dixon Street, Malvern. The amendment also makes a number of changes to existing places and precincts in the Heritage Overlay.
