Authorisation No A910 The amendment replaces the interim structure plan controls for the Forrest Hill Precinct in South Yarra with permanent controls by introducing the Design and Development Overlay - Schedule 8 at Clause 43.02 and the Forrest Hill Precinct policy at Clause 22.17. In addition the amendment rezones land in the northern sections of the Forrest Hill Precinct from a Business 2 Zone to a Mixed Use Zone. The amendment also makes related consequential changes to the Municipal Strategic Statement at Clauses 21.02 21.03 21.04 and 21.06 of the Urban Design Policy at Clause 22.02 the Schedule to the Business 2 Zone at Clause 34.02 and the Schedule to the Mixed Use Zone at Clause 43.02 of the Planning Scheme.
