Amendment C050 (Stonnington)
Interim planning controls to all land covered by the Schedule 1 to the Significant Landscape Overlay (SLO1) south of the Yarra River between Grange Road Toorak and the Monash Freeway where it crosses the Yarra River. Schedule 1 of the Significant Landscape Overlay (SLO1) is amended to require a permit for all buildings and works including a sign and fence with some exemptions and to introduce further decision guidelines| rezone land that has a frontage to the Yarra River from Residential 1 to Residential 3| and make associated supporting changes to the Municipal Strategic Statement and Local Planning Policy Framework to make reference to the Residential 3 Zone and include as a reference document Review of Policies and Controls for the Yarra River Corridor: Punt Road to Burke Road (Consultant report) June 2005.
