The amendment changes the Victoria Planning Provisions and all planning schemes by updating the reference to the Alpine Resorts Strategic Plan 2020-2025 at Clause 12.04-1S Sustainable development in alpine areas. The amendment also translates the Alpine Resorts Planning Scheme into the new Planning Policy Framework at Clauses 10-19 and the Municipal Planning Strategy at Clause 02 that were introduced into the Victoria Planning Provisions by Amendment VC148, makes administrative changes to the Schedules to Clause 44.06 Bushfire Management Overlay and Clause 72.08 Background documents, and inserts a new Schedule to Clause 74.02 Further Strategic Work.
