The amendment changes the Victoria Planning Provisions and all planning schemes by amending: Amending Clause 19.01-1 Provision of Renewable Energy to reference the updated Policy and planning guidelines for development of wind energy facilities in Victoria (Guidelines). Amending Clause 52.32 Wind energy facility to reference the updated Guidelines and update the application requirements to address the electricity transmission or distribution system. Amending Clause 74 Land Use Terms to change the definition of Wind energy facility to include the use of the transmission or distribution system of power lines to connect the wind energy facility to the electricity network.
