Amendment VC115 (Alpine)

Changes the Victoria Planning Provisions and relevant planning schemes by providing that the permit exemptions at Clauses 62.01 62.02-1 and 62.02-2 do not apply to permit requirements in Clause 36.03 Public Conservation and Resource Zone. Amending Clause 36.03-1 Tables of Uses to require a use listed in Clause 62.01 be subject to conditions that a use must be conducted by on behalf of a public land manager or be specified in an incorporated plan| and Amending Clause 36.03-3 to require an application for a permit to be accompanied by the written consent of the Secretary to the Department of Environment and Primary Industries where there is no public land manager for the subject land.
