The amendment changes the VPP and some planning schemes by amending Clause 45.01 - Public Acquisition Overlay. The amendment changes all planning schemes by amending the schedule to Clause 66.04 - Referral of permit applications under local provisions. The amendment changes the schedule to Clause 45.01 - Public Acquisition Overlay in 69 planning schemes.
