Amends Clause 52.43 - Interim Measures for Bushfire Protection to clarify that the permit exemptions for vegetation removal apply to existing and not proposed buildings. The amended provision further clarifies that an existing building specifically refers to an existing building constructed before the operation of Clause 52.43 (10 September 2009) or is an existing building constructed after that date, but approved by a planning permit or building permit before the operation of Clause 52.43.
