Amends Clauses 12 15 17 19 35.04 35.05 43.01 52.09 52.17 52.18 52.32 & 57 to give effect to the operation of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006| amends the schedule to Clause 61.01 to refer to Division 1A of Part 4 of the Act| deletes reference to local provisions page header in Clause 61.03| updates reference to the Development Contribution Guidelines in Clause 18.12| corrects reference to the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation in Clause 52.28| includes the document relating to Rail Infrastructure Projects in Clause 81.01 of the Ballarat Greater Geelong and Wyndham planning schemes| updates reference to the amended Mineral Resources (Sustainable Development) Act 1990 in Clauses 17 42.01 42.02 42.03 44.01 44.02 52.08 52.17 and 66.02| updates list of reference documents relating to soil contamination under Clause 15.06| amends the definition for Restricted retail premises in Clause 74| introduces a new purpose in the Rural Activity Zone which provides for a specific purpose to be included in a schedule to the zone and amends the schedules in the Mansfield & Bass Coast Planning Schemes to include new purpose statements| amends Clause 52.04 (satellite dish) to include reference to the R3Z| amends Clauses 17.07 52.18 & 81.01 to reflect the updated Timber Code| makes Veterinary centre a Section 2 use in the Farming Zone| includes new provisions for electronic billboard signage to Clause 52.05 including making VicRoads a referral authority under Clause 66.03 and a new definition in Clause 73| extending the expiry date for major promotion signage from 18/09/07 to 18/09/08 under Clause 52.05| and makes other administrative changes other minor updates and corrections to the VPP and planning schemes.
