Introduces provisions for the further protection of green wedges in Clauses 35.04 35.05 and 35.06| and clarifies the term in conjunction with in Clause 64. Amends State Planning Policies Framework Clauses 12 and 16 to introduce state-wide affordable housing policies and makes other administrative corrections to the Victorian Planning Provisions and various planning schemes.
