Changes the Victoria Planning Provisions (VPP) and planning schemes by re-formatting the layout. In particular the VPP and planning schemes will be changed by: Introducing new clause numbers to create a consistent number flow| Re-numbering some existing clauses (Clauses 31 & 81)| Re-numbering some existing schedules (Schedule to Clause 61.01-61.04 and Schedule to Clause 81) Introducing a clause-based amendment dating system (in place of a page-based amendment dating system)| and Various minor page layout changes. This is an administrative amendment to support the implementation of the Zope Amendment Production Platform (ZAPP). Amendment VC37 will not result any in statutory content change that would affect planning decision making.
