The amendment implements the Cranbourne Major Activity Centre Structure Plan (2020), Casey Complex Urban Design Framework (2019) and Cranbourne Town Centre Heritage Overlay Review (2020) by updating the Schedule to the Activity Centre Zone (Schedule 1), introducing a new Schedule to the Parking Overlay, updating the Schedule to the Heritage Overlay and Schedule to Clause 53.01 (Public Open Space Contribution and Subdivision) and makes other consequential updates to the planning scheme.
