The amendment applies to land at 2 Osborne Street, Flora Hill, formally known as Lot 1 on Plan of Subdivision 712432, as well as the road reserve (proposed road) R2 and slivers of road reserves R1 and R3 on Plan of Subdivision 71243. The amendment proposes to rezone the land from Public Use Zone 2 to Residential Growth Zone Schedule 2; and, apply the Development Plan Overlay Schedule 30 and the Heritage Overlay 916 to a portion of the site, being curtilage to the locally significant Eumana house. The amendment also amends the schedule to Clause 72.04 to insert a new Incorporated Document, the Eumana Heritage Place Statement of Significance, October 2019.
