Amends Schedule 16 to Clause 37.01 (Special Use Zone) of the Ballarat Planning Scheme to allow for the use of the land for Industry (brewery, distillery, chocolate factory, coffee roaster, cheese and artisan smallgoods manufacture only) and associated manufacturing sales. The Amendment amends Special Use Zone Schedule 16 by modifying Section 1.0 Table of Uses in the form of the attached document.
